Fabian Phipps is an artist manager and founder of Intersect, an independent management company established in 2023.

Working closely with artists from the early stages of their careers, helping to build long-term teams and strategies across records, live, publishing and international development.

Prior to founding Intersect, he worked in label marketing at One House and live promotions at The Columbo Group, working across London music venues including The Jazz Cafe, XOYO, Phonox and Camden Assembly, as well as festivals.
