Simon Dilling is the founder of ColliderScopeCollective, a Copenhagen music company that manages, publishes and releases a roster of writers, producers and artists working between Copenhagen and Los Angeles. The company works as a collective, where collaboration across the roster and the relationships between the people are treated as the core of the business. He studied at the Rhythmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen, has worked in music tech, and is co-founder of MALT; a music tech start-up which builds and streamlines marketing workflows for independent labels, managers and artists. He runs much of his own company on AI and automation so the time goes to the music and the people, and in 2026 he brought clinical psychologist Simon Gents into the company to work with the roster on how they work together.
